Provincial Representatives for COPD Information

            & Resource Availability.... by Province

Here in Canada our healthcare system is very fragmented.  A med that may be covered in one province by Pharmacare, may not be in another.  Additionally, some provinces have a number of Rehab facilities as well as Support Groups; others have only one or two.

But where are they and how do you get in?

You may have questions about who to talk to about finding out if you qualify for disability, home oxygen,  or even obtaining a handicap sticker.

It's issues like these that our Provincial Reps will make every effort to help you with.

(NOTE:  Not all of our provinces have a representative  as yet so if you think this might be something you'd be interested in helping with, please send an e mail to Contact@copdcanada.ca)

Currently your provincial reps are as follows:

BC, AB, MB, SK - Chris Wigley  cwigley@copdcanada.ca   250-483-6507

ON - Barry Brooks  BBrooks@copdcanada.ca  905-430-5796 (Currently on Medical Leave)

ON - Ellen Hodgson ehodgson@copdcanada.ca  905-721-2430

PQ - Michael Villeneuve michael@copdcanada.ca

PQ - Melody Pierson melody@copdcanada.ca

NB - Tom Lundy tom@copdcanada.ca

NS - Jackie Whitaker Jackie@copdcanada.ca  902-477-1507

NL - Susan Haskell susan@copdcanada.ca

Remember; we are still in need of representatives.  You can help us to help each other by volunteering just a bit of your time.  Contact@copdcanada.ca
